Title: JBoss Developer

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience administering enterprise Infrastructure and Applications platforms.
- Specific knowledge and experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
- Team player but also self-managing and self-directing.
- Weekly Status Reporting, as required
- Emphasis on communication skills
- Proven examples of delivery in a complex IT Project environment
- Architect, supervise and participate in the implementation of technologies and platforms
- Experience of applying Agile techniques and methodologies including Scrum
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting the operation of technologies, platforms, and infrastructure
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for technologies, platforms, and infrastructure and coordinate design, provisioning, installation and troubleshooting
- Assist with planning and implementing systems and network integrations
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for technologies, platforms, and infrastructure and coordinate design, provisioning, installation and
- Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence toolsets
- Curious and driven to acquire new skills autonomously.
- Strong experience with automation methodologies and processes
- Development experience with dynamic languages, JBOSS is critical, Python, Ruby, etc. (please provide skills required)
- Experience in building scripts in Ansible for middleware and systems automation.
- Configuration management with Ansible, etc.
- Provide escalation services to the core production support team in applying performance diagnostic expertise and reviewing best practices and driving efficiency.
- Test driven development and deployment.
- Strong experience in providing assistance and training to infrastructure operations teams, local and offshore.
- Self-starter with an innate ability to adapt to change and motivated to champion the continuous improvement
- Demonstrably solid written and verbal communication skills to drive projects to successful conclusion.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Proven examples of delivery in a complex IT Project environment
- Upgrade Expertise (understanding of applications, interfaces, platforms, testing, etc., )
- Experience in both waterfall and agile
- Experience of applying Agile techniques and methodologies as well as ability to manage Agile Teams (Kanban or Scrum, Hybrid)
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence toolset would be a bonus
