Brief Job Description:
Provide workplace psychological support and consultation to individuals, management and at the organizational level.

Description of the project: Company-wide mental health sustainability awareness and training initiative

Size of the team: 1

Required Skills:
Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills along with ability to develop specific, realistic project plan with multiple deliverables.
Subject matter expertise, as much as possible, re: implementation of behavioral health mental health strategy within organizations.

Top 3 skills to be successful in this role:
Ability to plan, communicate and follow through to successful change in mental health access and delivery.

Updates from the hiring manager:
We primarily need a project manager. If they have any mental health experience, that's a nice bonus but looking for a strong PM to really help scope and drive the work to execution and implementation.
